I desire sobriety for the next 24 hours; freedom from the actions and obsessions of lust, freedom from fear, resentment, shame and isolation.

I desire sobriety for the next 24 hours.

I wish to stay far away from the middle circle. When the thoughts come, I will surrender them.

I will talk to other addicts and avail myself of their help.

I will go to a meeting tonight!!!

I will stay sober.
